Move More – Making Being Active More Accessible 🏃‍♀️

At our practice, we’re proud to support Move More, a city-wide initiative working to make Sheffield the most active city in the UK. Move More helps bring a wide range of activities and opportunities into local communities, including right here in Mosborough. Whether it’s walking groups, beginner fitness sessions, or free online resources, their goal is to make it easier for everyone to move more in ways that suit them.

We know that being active isn’t equally easy for everyone. In Sheffield, some communities face greater challenges than others such as limited green space, financial barriers, or long-standing health conditions. Move More recognises these inequalities and is working hard to change things by creating inclusive, accessible options for all. By bringing physical activity closer to where people live, Move More is helping to reduce barriers and support healthier, more active lives for everyone.
